This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the contacts and messages you manage through the service, and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the platform.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, deliver your messages, keep your account secure and communicate with you about your account.
Connected channels
When you connect WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, we receive only the messages sent to the connected business accounts, so they appear in your inbox and can be answered. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the browser.
Google user data (Gmail)
If you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox, we access it only to show your customers' emails in your inbox and to send the replies you or your AI assistant write. We read new emails in your Primary inbox and send email on your behalf; we do not change, label or delete anything in your mailbox. Email text and sender details are stored so the conversation appears in your inbox; attachments are fetched from Google only when you open them.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. When AI replies are turned on for a mailbox, the relevant email text is sent to our AI provider only to write that reply.
Removing or changing a Gmail mailbox
- Removing a mailbox revokes our access to it right away and deletes its stored Google tokens. We never delete anything from your Gmail itself.
- When you remove a mailbox you choose what happens to its conversation history: keep it in your inbox, or delete it permanently. Deleting removes every conversation, email and AI note from that mailbox, and does not affect your other mailboxes or channels.
- Switching to a different mailbox keeps the history of the previous one until you delete it.
- Deleted data is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Billing records keep only counts and dates, never email content.
